Are you passionate about high quality original product creation and development for the industry? What you’ll do … Communicate – You will interact on a daily basis with cross-functional partners (i.e. Factory, Category Management Teams Design, Development, and Sales) and communicate product details and changes accurately to cross-functional teams. Develop – You will develop sales material and technical information to support the sales force and customers.  This includes printed and electronic documents, product training material, packaging specifications, item weights & measures and other support data.  You will demonstrate a basic understanding of costing implications as they relate to the Product Development process and provide input to create improved processes that increase efficiency and productivity. Project Management – You will research and gather consumer insight material both online and at retail to aid in the product development process. You will survey the competitive landscape and maintain performance/technical benchmarks.  You will work within and demonstrate proficiency with Product Management Systems. Eye For Detail – You have an eye for detail to understand design’s aesthetic intent and to ensure adherence to quality standards. Prioritize – You will demonstrate an ability to evaluate and change priorities as needed. What you’ll bring … Experience: We will train you to have experience in brand management administration within sports & promotional products industry.  To experience meeting multiple deadlines and objectives – must be comfortable multi-tasking.  Must be flexible and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
