Looking for an operating officer who is experienced in operating a franchise business especially on establish an operational and organizational system for the business.
Eden college (Former Canadian Beauty College) is located in Bolton Ontario. It was originally established by the funder of CBC but ended the franchise on 2011 and became Eden College. The school has an outstanding curriculum and professional working environment. Right now, we are looking for expanding the campus as well as developing the upper-level shareholder: Bona Educational Investment Group. We need an outstanding talent to help us grow the business professionally.
You will be responsible for:
Set up a company's business regulations and rules, systematically planning annual work plan, the development of chain business standards, standardized work processes, supervision and implementation after approval by the general manager.
Responsible for providing data support and special research reports for the organization of major decision-making matters. Responsible for regularly presenting the company's current business performance analysis and forecast report.
Manage and coordinate the work between various departments to ensure the overall functioning of the company's operating system, and report the major issues to the general manager.
Examples of COO (Chief Operating Officer) skills
Multi-years’ experience in management (10+ years is preferred)
Multi-years’ experience in staffing or human resources
MBA preferred
Advanced organizational leadership skills
Excellent written, oral and client-facing communication skills
Budget-focused mindset
Creative and independent problem solver
Have experience in setting up a franchise: Planning on policies, protocols, and disciplines.
Experience on the Medi-SPA, Salon and Educational industry are preferred.
This position is eligible for dividends sharing
