                        Front Desk Representative

Moneybroker Canada and Ready Capital Mortgage Investment Trust is looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to oversee all receptionist duties including offering administrative support across the organization. The successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication skills both in Mandarin and English along with excellent organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies
- Take up other duties as assigned (mortgage commitment preparation, data entry etc.)


What You’ll Need

- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, scanner etc.)
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
- High School diploma: additional qualification will be a plus Strong desire to grow within the company
