Anda Seat is a face growing gaming chair manufacture operating in North America, Asia and Europe. Anda Seat Technology Inc. (Canada branch) is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, who wants to offer the most comfortable gaming chairs/office chair and the best services to Canadian consumers. We are looking for an intelligent and energetic individual to join our team. Responsibilities: Coordinate orders and shipments with forwarders Maintain the status of all legal documents, company files and mails Coordinate the trade show by preparing relevant materials Answer and direct phone calls Greet walk-in clients Other general administrative duties assigned by management Potentially sales Requirements: 1 year of Office Administration or relevant experience preferred Completion of Post-Secondary or higher education preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and planning skills in a dynamic working environment Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Thank you for being interested on the job, however only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
