详细介绍                                                 岗位职责： 1、        协助董事长协调内部各部门之间的关系以及各种行政工作 Assisting the CEO dealing with internal and external follow ups, various administrative projects. 2、        董事长内外事务：协助董事长处理日常工作及对内、对外事务联系。 Assis CEO communicate with clients and daily schedule 3、        Other tasks assigned by the CEO完成领导临时交办的其他工作 4、        Property Management物业管理: Responsible for daily management for company’s properties, be the first pint of contact for these properties and dealing with tenants regularly to meet their demand负责公司物业的日常管理，及时与租客沟通与联系。 5、        Manage Airbnb account, post vacant properties on Airbnb, screening tenant before they book the property管理公司Airbnb账户，及时将空闲的物业登在Airbnb上，选择合格的租客以保证物业的安全与整洁 要求Qualifications and Skills： -Fluent English (Both written and spoken) 熟练的英语口语能力，文笔优秀 -Ability to multitasking, decision making and detail oriented   做事高效细致，果断，以结果为导向； -Access to own vehicle with G class driver’s license 有车以及G牌驾照 -Male preferred男士优先 Working hour: 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday, 15/hour 工作时间 9:30am-5:30pm，周一至周五，时薪15/hour Location: Hwy 7 and Leslie 请将简历发至：hr@costonegroup.com 职业中介请勿联系。谢谢合作
