Our clinic is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to support our team of doctors.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a medical office environment and have experience using an EMR system.
Tasks and duties to be performed for daily operation of our company include: Reception, managing office schedules, answering multi-line system booking appointments, book testing for patients at out patient clinics and local hospitals in addition to daily task completion. Support work related to mailing services, faxing and importing of documents efficiently and accurately will also be required.
The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, proactive and ready to take initiative. Excellent communication and organizational skills, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are key to your success in our organization. The individual must be able to understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions.
Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory.
This position is a full-time with occasional Saturday's required.
