 Hours: Working Time Weekday Afternoons/Evenings ( 9pm-5pm or 12pm-8pm) and Weekends (Sat or Sun 9am-5pm)
 
 Position Description:
 
 The primary duties of the Real Estate admin  include support agents, clients, management team. This job including  administration, marketing and client relations
 
 Duties &  Responsibilities:
 
 Reception duties – answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using Quick Office Commander (internal paging system)
 
 
 Listing – input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Quick Office Commander (QOC)
 
 Documents – preparation related forms (connecting clients, lawyers and mortgage brokers)
 
 Collecting deposit cheques and keep monitor all listing status within time frames
 
 Supplies – maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
 
 Agent activities – booking of open houses, preparation of feature sheets, photocopying and filing of all listings & legal documents
 
 Help with duties such as typing, draft letters and other documents
 
 Preparing weekly and month end reports
 
 Clerical support to other staff as required.
 
 Other duties as assigned
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 Minimum college level courses/ diploma
 Minimum 1 year working experience in general office administration and/or real estate administration
 Fluency in English (written & spoken)
 Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Excellent organization & time management skills
 Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop), email and internet
 Required experience:
 
 Office Admin: 1 year
