Job Description:
Cornerstone Marketing is a specialty Realty Brokerage that provides marketing and sales consultancy to Toronto’s condominium developers. Spanning over two decades of Real- estate experience, we have built a reputation for championing creativity and innovation as the cornerstone of our approach to project planning and marketing.
We currently have 8 positions available for suitably qualified individuals to join our team of world-class Administrators. The positions are full-time, and the ideal candidates are highly self-motivated individuals who must display exemplary professionalism, and demonstrably possess a superior organization and communication skill set.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Administrator’s core responsibilities include:
Provide updates and produce daily/weekly reports on sales analytics for the sales manager and/or clients’ liaison.
Maintaining an organized filing and document tracking system for multiple project phases.
Updating in-house and clients’ databases.
Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Extremely organized individual with superior computer skills
Ability to multi task and follow systematic approaches
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft office and Social Media websites.
Minimum Typing speed must be 60 wpm
Excellent communication skills in the English language (written and verbal)
A Quick Learner
Legal experience is required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Previous Real Estate experience is required.
A college or university degree is an asset.
Minimum 2 year experience in an office administrative role
Excellent Computer and Social Media technical skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability managing client expectations and finding creative solutions for complex customer situations
Passionate and motivated person
Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly-organized
Professional standards with impeccable phone mannerisms
Must be a quick learner and open to learning new ways of doing things
Qualifications:
A Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Legal studies, or Liberal arts;
Or the equivalent in related work experience.
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and master the use of clients’ proprietary systems.
Ability to maintain a high level of organization, efficient communication and world-class professionalism in high energy environments.
