Marketing and Administrator position
Type: Part time/ Full time
Vacancy: 1
Job Start: ASAP
Job duties including following
 Responding clients inquire in terms of email, phone call and in personal
 Coordinate and arrange appointment for clients according to psychologist and psychotherapist schedules
 Drafting correspondence email, fax and follow up with insurance companies, clients, office staffs as well as law firms
 Collecting service payments and invoicing to clients
 Drafting and submitting OCF-18 and OCF-21B via. HCAI system
 Seeking new collaboration opportunities with psychologists and psychotherapists in North American and Asia
 Coordinating appointments with Clients from China
 Maintaining Website and necessary APP and etc.
Job Requirement
 Attention to details
 Excellent people skill and following up skill
 Good time management
 Punctuality
 Effective writing and communication
 Previous office or clinic job experiences will be asset
 Fluent in English/ Mandarin and Cantonese
 With photoshop or editing and web site maintaining experiences will be asset
