We, Altima Telecom, as a telecommunication company currently seeking Office Admin to join our winning team!
Create a positive client experience by understanding and serving client needs quickly, professionally and accurately
Adhere to company privacy policies, code of ethic and standards of practice
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Provide information to customers on a variety of different products and recommending solutions
Performs other duties as required.
Competencies:
Bilingualism is must (English and Mandarin-Cantonese(optional))
Ability to multi task in as fast paced environment
Must love working with people, helping to problem solve, and keeping a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage sensitive information and situations with discretion
Ability to problem solve and meet deadlines
Flexible and experienced working in a high workload environment
Must be available to work overtime and weekends
