Position: OFFICE ASSISTANT Job Description： 1.AP/AR, Data Enter 2.Order Processing 3.Contact the factory in China requiring for the stage of the orders 4.Contact our clients’ accounting department 5.Providing our clients with tracking numbers by email 6.Other office duties 7.Office Location: Oakville Qualifications: 1.Must can speak Mandarin 2.Must have Engineer back ground 3.Good reading speaking and writing English 4.Must very Familiar with Quickbooks 5.Familiar with Word and Excel, Outlook 6.Comfortable in working in a small office environment 7.Eager to learn new skills as more responsibilities may be given in the future
