We are looking for a deal secretary bilingual in English and Chinese to join our head office in Richmond Hill. You must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little supervision in a fast paced work environment.
Requirements:
• Collecting and verifying real estate transaction documents, entering deals information into Lonewolf to generate trade records
• Corresponding with agents, brokerages, lawyers and builders
• Calculating commissions for real estate transactions
• Preparing and sending commission invoices
• Assisting the deals administrator with general accounting tasks
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must have accounting experience or background
• Demonstrate a high regard for confidentiality
• Positive and proactive attitude
• High degree of initiative – ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly organized
