Position opening: Mortgage Analyst (One year Contract, but after contract the job could convert to a permanent job)
We are a mortgage / finance company providing professional services located in North York. We are currently hiring a Mortgage /Risk Analyst.
Job responsibility:
- Assist on mortgage underwriting and fulfil the documentation requirements
- Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, analyze clients' financial situations, develop the best suitable plans for clients, submit mortgage application and Negotiate mortgage loans and to banks or lending institutions
- Understanding lending policy and guidelines for major bank and lending institutions is key
Job requirements:
- 2 years related work experience or more
- Good work ethic, attention to detail
- Finance background, Bachelor degree
- Fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills, and great oral and written communication skills
