详细介绍                                                 Data Entry Clerk Permanent / Full-Time salary based Benefits after 3 months. Hours: 8 hours and must be available to work overtime if required (Mon-Fri) 8:30am-5pm Location: Mississauga Job Description: 1. Follow up with clients/internal departments on any required details to ensure everything is in order. 2. Email clients/internal departments regarding information, orders and status. 3. Performs data entry into computer program and constantly using email which requires immediate attention. 4. Constantly updating requests/inquires daily in the system 5. Other administrative duties as required. Job Requirements: 1. Basic knowledge or experience in the Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Logistics industry preferred. 2. Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute. Applicants may need to perform a words per minute test 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent English a must. Understanding Mandarin or Cantonese an asset but not required. 4. Extremely high attention to detail. 5. Ability to excel in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment 6.
