详细介绍                                                 Job Summary Troubleshoot and consult on minor software and hardware issues that occur within a Windows environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with performing user administration, installation, and deployment tasks. Help users to interconnect their mobile devices to the MS Outlook mail and calendar system and other corporate services. Escalate serious incidents to the team lead. Pack, unpack, move and install equipment. Install/update various drivers. Basic hardware repair and maintenance. Qualifications General knowledge of TCP/IP network architecture. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, …). Strong computer hardware/software knowledge. Excellent customer service attitude. Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills. Highly adaptable, able to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, Android, Blackberry).
