Key Responsibilities:
- Administrate school-related tasks
- Handle student inquiries
- Register classes for students
- Provide customer service to students
- Manage classrooms, school supplies and facilities
- Organize costumes and cloths
- Organize office files
- Organize school events
Qualifications:
- University graduate
- 1 year+ office admin and customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English and Chinese writing
- Quick leaning capability and eager to learn
- Ability to carry through tasks from beginning to end
