Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
-Perform various clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, typing, client invoicing, receiving and distributing faxes
-Assist and participate in our social media platforms
-Perform other related duties as assigned by management
-Maintaining office appearance
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written English skills.
-Experience with managing social media.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-A positive, fun and friendly personality and attitude.
-Genuine, trustworthy, dependable and a strong team player.
-Trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong multi-tasking, organization, and detail management skills.
