Job Description
The CRM Consultant is someone who has an advanced understanding of cloud-based technology and is intuitively curious and capable of figuring out how to configure and utilize new platforms. This role would involve the customization and implement of the CRM system and would involve entering customer database, product database, order tracking system etc., set up/connect with the label printing system, reports and responding to user requests in terms of changes to the configuration of the system. Since Marketing and CRM go hand in hand, this role will benefit from an enthusiastic individual who enjoys refining their marketing approach through analytics and data that can be derived at the CRM level.
Key Job Functions:
Make changes to the current system and set up a new CRM platform
Migrate and integrate current databases into a CRM system
Set up and create mailing lists and forms as required
Support Anogen with reporting and Analytics through CRM
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cloud-based technology and a natural curiosity to learn, implement and configure systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is essential
