根据多伦多地产局(TREB)刚刚发布的月报,上个月GTA地区房屋成交量比去年同期大涨24.3%,房屋均价达到$806,755,比去年同期上涨3.2%。如果按照地产局的MLS综合房价指数HPI(Home Price Index),则上涨4.4%。
尽管多伦多房市回暖,房价持续上涨,但据多伦多一家知名房地产网站Zoocasa提供的数据,其实多伦多也有房价不到均价一半,甚至30万以下的房子。
当然,这些房价偏低的宅子很少能在多伦多核心区以及北约克找到,多数位于多伦多东区的士嘉堡,或是西区以及伊陶碧谷:
不过,实话实说,房价不足30万的房子很难是独立屋,半独立屋或者是镇屋,它们几乎无一例外地都是condo/公寓,一居室,两居室皆有:
