详细介绍                                                 Custom home builder is looking for potential candidate for our site super/handyman position: Description:   1. Organize and supervise sub-contractors and labors 2. ensure all workers on site work safely 3. Ensure the work finishes on schedule and good workmanship by sub-contractors 4. able to do hands-on works including but not limited to drywall patching, trim, painting and simple labor work 5. Able to operate Bobcat/mini excavator 6.Making plans for hourly labors for the following day 7. Prepare and fill out daily reports 8. drive out to purchase materials if needed on site 9. wiling to drive between different custom homes Requirements: 1. Operating bobcat or mini excavator required 2. English is a must
