详细介绍                                                 職位簡介： 向屋宇服務經理滙報，受聘者需負責孟嘗會轄下設施及長期護理中心建築物的日常運作, 並按照衛生及安全條例及相關法例，確保所有設施得到妥善保養及維修。 主要職責： - 按照機構訂立的標準及相關條例要求，保證所有建築物內一切設施可以如常運作 - 負責孟嘗會範圍內的路面、建築物設施及一切器材的日常檢查，及安排維修並監督承辦商的維修工作進程 - 為每座建築物內各項系統安排保養日程 - 保存每座建築物設施的維修記錄、器材、服務合約及部門開支 - 預備工作報告及其他行政指引 應徵資格： - 取得建築物及環境結構（Building Environmental Systems）專上學院或同等學歷 - 三年或以上建築物管理經驗，具備健康護理院或機構工作經驗者優先 - 熟識建築物設施及各項系統運作 - 能以流暢中英雙語書寫及對話溝通 - 需具有效駕駛執照及自備車輛 Position Title:                Building Services Supervisor Employment Type:        Full-Time, Non-Bargaining Unit Position Position Summary: Reporting to Manager of Building Services, the incumbent is responsible for the operation of the Mon Sheong Foundation’s facilities and long term care buildings. The incumbent must ensure that all building facilities are properly maintained and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Main Duties: - Ensure all building systems and components are fully operational and in compliance with the organization’s standards and regulatory requirements; - Inspect grounds, buildings, and equipment routinely for scheduling repair and maintenance services; - Maintain maintenance record, equipment, service contracts, and department expenses for individual buildings; - Ensure adequate building service supplies and control inventory counts; - Prepare work reports and other administrative guides; Qualifications: - Post-secondary education in Building Environmental Systems, or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in building operations preferably in a healthcare facility or institution - Knowledge of building system components - Effective technical communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese - Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle is a strong asset Interested applicants shall submit their resumes to humanresources@monsheong.org Mon Sheong Foundation is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
