详细介绍                                                 Job Description Data Entry Clerk Permanent / Full-Time Benefits after 3 months. Hours: approx 8 hours and must be available to work after if required (Mon-Fri) 8:30am-5pm Location: Mississauga Job Description: •        Follow up with clients/internal departments on any required details to ensure everything is in order. •        Email clients/internal departments regarding information, orders and status. •        Performs data entry into computer program and constantly using email which requires immediate attention. •        Constantly updating requests/inquires daily in the system •        Other administrative duties as required. •        Constantly checking shipments in warehouse. Job Requirements: •        Basic knowledge or experience in the Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Logistics industry preferred. •        Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute. Applicants may need to perform a words per minute test •        Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent English a must. Understanding Mandarin or Cantonese an asset but not required. •        Extremely high attention to detail. •        Ability to excel in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment •        Able to work in a fast paced environment.
