详细介绍                                                 Ciaosea is a women’s resort and vacation wear fashion company. The focus of this role is to collaborate and cooperate with our outsourced marketing company when dealing with events, product marketing, and the external promotion of our collections and seasons. When dealing with the outsourced marketing company the marketing manager will represent the brand, develop lead generation, promotional and communication programs that inspire people to want to get to know and do business our company. MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •        Work with and oversee projects with our outsourced marketing company •        Develop and manage lead generation programs •        Develop and manage promotional programs •        Develop and manage our continuing contact program and content calendar •        Identify ways to enhance customer experience •        Work with, develop, and maintain relationships with influencers •        Overseeing implementation of the Marketing/Brand strategy - including Ad’s, events, digital marketing and PR. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS •        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred. •        3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role. •        Advanced knowledge of digital marketing •        Technically savvy in digital tools (Content Marketing Software, Content Management Systems, Event Software, etc.) and social media, with previous experience managing social media platforms. •        Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills. •        Driven to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with management and peers; exceptional work ethic and high sense of urgency. •        Strong technical knowledge of social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter.
