详细介绍                                                 Experienced Pattern Maker - APPAREL - Fulltime / Parttime We are now seeking an experienced pattern maker to join our team. Ciao Sea’s pieces are designed to transport you through time and beautiful spaces. Each intricately detailed collection is inspired by retro style and infuses it with modern heart, enabling the wearer to experience different cultures and different eras. The Ciao Sea collection is elegantly styled and crafted from fine fabrics that represent the destinations and styles that inspire us. Reporting to the Creative Director, Communicating with oversea supplier directly, you will work with our design team in creating new and existing patterns. Mostly for women Swimsuit and Resort Cover-Ups. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •        Excellent communication skills with oversea suppliers.(China) •        Attend fitting sessions and make comments •        Correct patterns to insure proper fit •        Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments up until production •        Finalize spec sheets, insure all information is clear and accurate, with information such as size, sewing instructions, etc… •        Insure all deadlines are met •        Offer advice and feedback in regards to the construction of the garment through pattern •        Work with production manager and graders KEY QUALIFICATIONS: •         Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English •        Experience: 8 years or more as a Professional Pattern Maker •        High-Quality Sewing Skills •        High-Quality Hand Sewing Skills •        Draw, layout and cut master pattern of a garment •        Excellent knowledge of production and garments •        Superior attention to detail •        Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure •        Capacity to work autonomously •        Problem solving and thinking outside the box to quickly make decisions and rectify issues •        Experience: •        Pattern making: 8 years (Preferred) Education: •        Pattern maker certificate or diploma or Fashion design diploma or   Bachelor Degree in Fashion design or equivalent experience
