We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented immigration assistant to join us to meet our quick business development. Part-time position with a view to grow to full-time.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing legal support with respect to all Canadian immigration matters, both temporary and permanent
Requesting and reviewing documentation from clients
Completing forms required for the application and following up with clients to obtain outstanding information
Drafting submission letters, working from precedents when appropriate
Compiling documents required for a submission and processing submissions in a timely manner
Ensuring that timelines and deadlines are recorded, scheduled and met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Canadian immigration experience is an asset
Familiar with LMIA or PNP is an asset
Excellent oral and written English proficiency
