The Immigration Consultant is responsible for all aspects of case processing and support, client communication. The candidate should have high attention to detail, and has excellent command of English and Mandarin
Job responsibilities:
1. Providing detail explanation to the potential and existing customers related to the immigration process
2. Handling a high volume of immigration related matters in a fast past environment
3. Preparing applications, such as visitor visas, study permits, work permits, family class and etc.
4. Maintaining client’s files up-to date
5. Liaise with clients and immigration consultant
6. Assisting with general administration
Job requirements:
1. 1 years or above in the immigration consultant role
2. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
3. ICCRC license is an asset
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, handling multiple
applications through the process in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
7. Fluent in English (Spoken and written) and Chinese
Salary：$35,000-$45,000/Yr.
