详细介绍                                                 We are currently looking for a long term Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our company. This is a fast paced position that requires excellent customer service skills, multitasking and a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities Accounts Payable - Daily processing of vendor invoices - Preparation for weekly payments - Reconcile and follow up with vendor statements - Record and reconcile all payment transactions - Process cheque runs - Month end balancing and reconciliation Accounts Receivable - Monitoring of client accounts - Follow up on delinquent accounts - Process client invoices - Assist with preparation of A/R status reports Qualifications - Canadian status: Citizen or Permanent Resident - Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business or a related field preferred; - Minimum of 2 years accounting working experience; - Understanding of basic AP / AR principals; - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin (verbal and written); Cantonese is an asset; - Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines; - Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required; - Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required (QuickBooks, Word and Excel).
