Travel Industry experience preferred. Energetic personnel providing administrative support and any routine tasks. We are looking for a person who has initiative and self-directed motivation.
Primary duties and responsibilities but not limited to the following
Update documentation
Invoicing
Rewards/Loyalty program
Interacts with clients via email and phone
Interacts with vendors
Adhoc duties including banking
Essential skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Skilled at multi-tasking while maintaining high-level of accuracy
Strong Analytical mind
Computer proficient – excel, words, google sheet
Knowledge of TRAMS is an asset
