详细介绍                                                 Main Job Duties:- Complete various general ledger account reconciliation and analysis on a monthly basis. Assist in month end closing and yearend audit. Assist in month end account analysis and investigation Process and posting the AP/AR invoices and manage weekly payment runs Manage the process for the creation of new assets and/or capitalize assets for the plants, maintenance on capital asset records within the fixed asset system Monitor the Fixed Assets Continuity schedule for accounting and for tax Monitor the inventory transactions and prepare inventory analysis report and analyzing variances Respond to customer/vendor inquiries as required. Assist in preparation with the cash flow forecasts Perform physical count in inventory & fixed assets. Various other special projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting, as required Qualifications & Skills Requirements:- A university degree or college diploma in finance and accounting. Professional designation – in process of obtaining the CPA or near completion of CPA. Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on accounting experience, preferably in the sizable organizations or manufacturing industry of a fast-paced environment. Experience with ACCPAC and excellent Excel skills. Good judgement, good business sense. Excellent attitude and willingness to continuously learn and update skills in order to remain competitive and challenged. Highly analytical and dedicated to accuracy through attention to detail. Accuracy is very important to this role. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Capable of working under pressure and multi-tasking. Able to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines for multi-deliverables. Excellent communication skills.
