Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) is a leader in education and professional development, offering the most advanced theoretical and practical training available today. Our mandate is to share the wisdom of tradition and our lineage with our students while we explore the possibilities of practice in today’s diverse medical world. We offer various diploma include Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc
Skill Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work under pressure and excellent problem solver
Excellent time management skills and effective decision making skills
Excellent coordination skills and good team player
Excellent in MS office programs like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years or related office experience;
Experienced in student recruitment, arrangement, teaching schedule set-up
Experienced in seminar planning and preparation
This is Full time Permeant position, Working hours Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
