中型local IT公司招收software engineering，公司主要面相中小企业提供软件产品和信息系统的定制开发，实习期按project给丰厚的bonus，结束可留用。   
   
岗位职能：   
1. Design , Develop, test, and debug software applications   
2. deliver software on-time in team   
3. document product behaviour and implementation details   
4. follow team processes, documentation, best practices, and code style guides   
   
preferred skills:   
1. good experience with developing software   
2. familliarity with software design patterns (objected oriented design), computer science fundamentals/ principles, and methodologies as well as knowledge of operating system internals   
3. sharp debugging and problem solving skills
