                        KLC Job Opportunity – Administrative Officer

Company Overview:               
King Lending Capital is an independent owned and operated Mortgage Brokerage. We are one of the fastest growing brokerage in Toronto, having more than 120 agents and 7 Branches across GTA. At King Lending Capital, we strongly believe your success is our success.

Overview of Position:
Working directly with senior management and key staff members. The incumbent is responsible for preparing, managing and coordinating the timely flow of all documentation related to mortgages and real estate transactions, this includes working in conjunction with outside legal counsels, brokers and developers, external and internal associates; preparation of legal documentation and subsequent follow up to meet deadlines and obligations.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities are, but not limited to the followings:
- Ongoing tracking, process management and data verification with solid understanding of the mortgage origination process / real estate transactions
-  Manages Mortgage Administration System and maintains schedules for commitments
-  Documents clearly and completes notes within the mortgage/ real estate system
-  Escalates any documentation issues to upper management for review and sign off
-  Responds to all inquiries within established turnaround times
-  Handles financial transactions of property, partnership and joint ventures
-  Ensuring financial obligations of the organization are met

Qualification & Attributes:
-  University degree/ college diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce major
-  Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-  Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-  Solid knowledge of business planning process, reporting cycles and requirements
-  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-  Strong prioritization skills
-  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-  Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment
