详细介绍                                                 Bay Street Group., Brokerage – Wayne & Jennifer Team, is looking for a tech-savvy Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator with a friendly and customer-oriented personality to support our team in the Oakville and Mississauga. This position is based in our Oakville office. Real estate brokerage experience is an asset, but not essential if you have genuine interest in the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Wayne and Jennifer, your responsibilities will include: Graphic Design •        Design and manage the production of print, event and digital marketing materials for the team. This involves template-based and custom-designed materials including: •        Print: ads, property brochures, property feature sheets, listing presentations, just listed/sold postcards, listing presentations, signage, brochures •        Digital: email blasts/templates, website templates, online banner ads and social media assets •        Collect, organize and make quality control edits to all source materials including photos and videos. •        Ensure accuracy of all proofs and submissions, including spellchecking and proofreading. •        Manage pre- and post-production, ensuring high quality printing/production and timely delivery of all marketing materials. Bouns: •        Social Media - Posting, Ad Buys ( on all platforms) •        Applied knowledge of HTML5/XHTML/CSS and content management systems. •        Experience in using email management systems (e.g. Constant Contact, MailChimp etc). REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE •        Completion of post-secondary certification in graphic design required. •        Strong competency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. •        Diverse marketing interests, including some experience in social media marketing. •        Excellent time management, planning, and execution skills •        Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. •        Self-motivated. Comfortable working on multiple projects, with ability to prioritize various tasks as needed. •        Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytic skills are necessary COMPENSATION Wayne & Jennifer Team offers a competitive compensation plan.
