工作职位Position: 个案助理 Case Assistant
工作性质 Type：全职 Full-time
工作地点 Location：万锦市 Markham City
教育背景 Education: 大专及以上学历 College or above
（Business、Finance, Accounting等专业优先)
语言要求 Language：英语、国语、粤语（懂三语者优先） English, Mandarin, Cantonese ( 3 languages are assets)
基本要求：
1. 良好的沟通能力和亲和力；
2. 耐心、细心和责任心；
3. 有很强的责任心并能够承受一定的压力;
4. 很强的学习能力；多任务处理能力；
5. 有从事文案/服务行业背景经验者优先;
Basic requirements:
1.Good communication skills;
2.Be patient and attentive; detail-oriented;
3.Strong sense of responsibility and could handle certain pressure;
4.Strong learning ability; Multitask ability;
5.Previous work experience on case processing /service is aplus;
Main job duties are listed asbelow:
1.Communicate with clients to collect documents and assist to finishthe immigration / visa application;
2.Assist to complete all necessary application forms and paperwork;
3.Communicate with relevant Canadian government officers on updatedpolicies and information;
4.Accurately translate some necessary visa/ immigration relateddocuments for clients;
5.Monitor the processing of the case application, update newinformation to clients;
