                        /T Property Management Company is seeking a full time Property Officer - Leasing.
Responsibilities:
•        Handle leasing matters in relation to retail, commercial and residential properties in GTA area
•       Prepare and execute leases and related documents in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
•       Conduct credit check and screening to qualify potential tenants
•        Coordinate fitting-out work and property maintenance
•        Deal with enquiries and correspondences from landlords and tenants
•        Coordinate with property manager and administrator to achieve required tasks
Qualifications:
•        1- 2 years’ leasing experience and administrative work required
•        Possess strong knowledge of the real estate industry
•        Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
•        Ability to multitask and Own car required
•        Fluent in English required, Chinese speaking an essential condition
