详细介绍                                                 We are looking for a vibrant individual to work for our clinic for the receptionist position. Friendly personality. Punctuality is a must. Duties include: Opening and closing the clinic Greeting patients Answering phones Booking appointments Opening and maintaining files To be considered an ideal candidate you should process: •        Computer skills with the ability to easily learn new programs •        Strong commitment to quality care & service delivery •        Interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) •        Organizational and time management skills •        A calm/soothing disposition with the ability to effectively multi-task under pressure •        the ability to work both individually and as part of an interdisciplinary team •        The ability to work independently to maintain an efficient running office environment is important. •        Fluency in English.
