We're a growing manufactured wholesale distributor company, a supplier of Canadian major retailers', now seeking an eCoomerce Customer Service Representative, This position works within a team structure to provide quality customer care and efficient call/online handling.
Job Duties:
1. Processing online order fulfillment from all retailer channels;
2. Respond to general questions & shipping information by phone, email in a friendly, timely and professional manner
3.Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as shipping, return & RMA etc.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in customer service, or other related fields
2. Computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
3. Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent organization skills
4. Positive, accurate and pay attention to detail
5. Able to work over time
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Secondary School and above..
