Position: Office Administrator in Visa & Immigration Department
Location: 250 Consumers Road, North York, ON M2J 4V6
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and collecting forms and documents.
- Reporting to Senior Immigration Consultant.
- Adhering to all procedural and professional standards.
- Keeping all the information confidential.
- Managing correspondence and emails.
- Communication with potential and current clients
- Assisting with any additional assigned task, such as marketing, sales etc. .
- Organizing an event or seminar
Requirements:
- Ability to utilize social media to promote the company
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese languages.
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Abode Professional.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Salary: $17/Hour
