美国的加州一家服装品牌公司，委托在中国的工厂加工生产，销售给沃尔玛；客户的问题是，必须支付30%的定金给中国工厂才能生产，货物在中国上船后就需要支付70%的余款。销售货物给美国沃尔玛公司，需要90天-240天收到货款，资金被占用，无法扩大业务额。

业务解决方案： 沃尔玛公司是具备付款能力的大公司，客户把沃尔玛的销售货物的应收账款转让给我们，我们收取客人的服务费，开立银行远期90天贸易信用证给中国的生产公司，货物上船后，美国的银行发出无条件付款承兑；货物到美国后，通过我们的进口交税、报关，交货给沃尔玛公司。按照客户开给沃尔玛的商业发票价值，最高50%-80%垫付资金给客户；180天后沃尔玛公司付款给客人，归还我们垫资本金和服务费。

Case: 

There is a clothing company located in California. The company commissioned a Chinese factory to process the production, then sales production to Walmart; Chinese factory required that the firm pay 30% of the deposit advanced to start the produce project; then pay the rest of payment right after goods loaded on the ship in China. However, after selling products to Walmart in United States , it takes 90 days -240 days to collect account receivable. Therefore, the Company’s funds are occupied, business and operational capacity is limited.

Business Solutions: Walmart is a large company with payment capacity, the clothing company transfer Walmart's sales of goods accounts receivables to us, we charge the clothing company a small percentage of the account receivable as our service fee, Lead Ocean issues 90-day commercial letter of credit from bank to Chinese production factory. After the goods on board, the US banks issued unconditional payment acceptance to Chinese production factory. When the goods arrive in United States, Lead Ocean do import tax, customs and deliver the goods to the Walmart. According to the customer to Walmart's commercial invoice value, we can provide funds advance to clothing company, the funds up to 50% -80% of the commercial invoice value; After 180 days,  Walmart make a payment to our guest (clothing company). The Clothing company return the capital and pays service fees to us.
