美联航暴力赶客 CEO再度道歉 这次终认错

联合大陆航空行政总裁穆尼奥斯(OscarMunoz)周二再发表声明，就旗下联合航空要求警察粗暴地拖走一个越南裔乘客的事件，再度向公众道歉。

穆尼奥斯表示，对事件"深感歉意"，强调"没有人应该被如此对待"，集团会于4月30日前完成事件的评估，以及研究机票超卖与相关处理的政策。

自从拖走过程被人摆上社交媒体后，联航便被全球网民与舆论勐烈批评，发动抵制该公司航班的运动。穆尼奥斯第一次回应事件时只表示，要为"需要重新安置"乘客致歉，又批评乘客"生事及好斗"。

"I continue to be disturbed by what happened on this flight, andI deeply apologize to the customer forcibly removed and to all thecustomers aboard," CEO Oscar Munoz said in a statement. "No oneshould ever be mistreated this way."
