GO火车沿线买房指南：这一张图就一目了然

近几年以来，随着多伦多市房地产价格飙升且居高不下，不少人到多伦多市中心以外的城市买房。但实际上，这些上班族往往早出晚归，来往于市中心与居所之间，因此尽可能利用GO火车线无疑是一大优势。

多伦多一家专业地产网站Zoocasa做了一项研究工作，试图通过绘制房价图，分析GTA+汉密尔顿地区，也就是所谓GTHA地区GO火车沿线车站的房价，看看哪些地区的房价最贵，哪些地区最便宜，或者说最易于负担。

这项研究涉及GTHA地区的66个GO火车站，所用的主要数据是火车站2公里半径范围内的所售房屋的均价，以及从66个GO火车站到多伦多市中心联合车站的平均通勤时间，然后进行评分。

结果发现，房价最贵的GO车站是King City，平均房价高达$1,595,656，通勤时间为43分钟。其次是Port Credit，房价$1,361,029和25分钟，Lincolnville站，$1,308,108元和79分钟，Centennial站，$1,040,488和52分钟，以及Maple站，则是$1,021,813和35分钟：
