在首次提出建设士嘉堡Bridletowne社区中心13年后，士嘉堡的这个项目终于落实了。6 月10日加拿大三级政府同时宣布，投资6700万元在Warden和Finch附近的Timothy Eaton Business and Technical Institute高中开建。Bridletowne社区中心将是一座82,440平方英尺的建筑，包括YMCA、Scarborough Health Network (SHN)、康福护士诊所和United Way都将入驻社区中心。
