7月“ActiveTO”活动有调整 请看最新活动时间表

多伦多发布了7月份的周末“ActiveTO”计划表，宣布对Lake Shore Boulevard West的车辆禁行做出调整，并在全市范围内增加新的户外活动路线。

专家分析了行人和自行车数量以及交通影响和模式等数据，其结果成为该计划制定的参考。

结果显示，活动路线很受人们欢迎，某些路线的骑行人数增加了三倍，但封闭当地道路也大大增加了附近公路的交通负担。道路封闭地点和时间的选择应 “慎重”。

在今年春季的”ActiveTO”活动期间，Lake Shore Boulevard West路段的骑行人数增加了三倍。

5月15日至5月22日的周末，有16,700至34,000名骑行者在该地点骑行。该路段封闭前，有4,600至10,800名人在周末骑行。

然而，多伦多市表示关闭措施对周围社区的交通有重大影响。

数据显示，Lake Shore Boulevard West 的”ActiveTO”路线封闭后，Gardiner Expressway和Queensway的通行时间比没有关闭的情况下延长了三倍。

多伦多市长庄德利在一份声明中说:“数据显示，”ActiveTO”的工作人员是认真负责的，他们考虑到疫情期间人们需要到安全的室外空间来锻炼。”

“这份数据也表明，我们必须认真了解关闭道路对当地社区的影响，并采取相应措施。”

七月的每个周末，预计至少开放四个““ActiveTO””可供人们沿着封闭路段骑行、跑步和散步

值得注意的是，除了7月10日的周末， Lake Shore Boulevard West的东行车道将对行人开放。但是，封闭路段的长度会有所不同。虽然Windermere Avenue和Stadium Road间的道路将在部分周末时间封闭，但其他道路的关闭时间将缩短。

此举旨在确保人们在周末可以进行户外活动，同时努力减少对当地社区以及交通服务的影响。

7月份的时间表内还包括新的活动线路，比如Exhibition Place内的道路，Trethewey Drive和Lawrence Avenue之间的Black Creek Drive部分路段，以及士嘉堡的The Meadoway。
