周一上午，市长庄德利在Finch Avenue East 夹 Victoria Park Avenue附近公布了多伦多最堵的10个十字路口。 市长表示，十字路口将成为政府治理拥堵的中心地带。 据悉，多伦多已经开始采取措施治理这些地区的拥堵情况，包括调整高峰期时段信号灯的时间，限制转弯，增加绿灯快速通道，安装交通闭路电视监控流量等等。多伦多最堵的十个十字路口如下：
